Derek also brings a wealth of experience in the commercial market having earned his reputation as a tough negotiator with the Dooley Group in North Wicklow and South Dublin who specialise in the Retail, Office and Development Sites. During this period Derek handled the sale of several high-profile Development sites including working with NAMA and some of the country’s most successful developers.
